As the festive season approaches we are all wishing you well over the coming months
Christmas Party
We will be hosting a Christmas Party at the BlayCare Office
on Friday 14th December from 12:30pm to 4:30pm.
Please feel free to bring your family and friends along. This will be a chance to socialize and to meet other members of our
friendly care team. There will be food, entertainment, lots of festive fun and Christmas music.
We are looking forward to seeing you there.

Christmas Concert
Derby Hospitals Choir are performing a Christmas concert in Derby Cathedral on Friday 7th December at 7.30pm. Tickets are £15 and available from priorbooking.com, for raising funds for Royal Derby Hospital.

Help and Advice
Age UK can provide you with helpful information and advice, whether you need some practical help and support or if you’re just feeling lonely and fancy a chat. They can be contacted on 0800 055 6112.
Flu Jab
If you are aged 65 or over, you are entitled to a free flu Jab. There is a small fee if you are under 65. Please enquire at your local GP or pharmacy.
Free Home Sight Test
Healthcall can provide a sight test in your own home free of charge. Regular sight tests can detect the symptoms of glaucoma, diabetes and eye disease as well as prevent falls.
